FASHION IN FOCUS: Met Gala 2018 x Versace

Do we even need to mention the Met Gala just gone? Because personally I feel like you cannot miss it, even if you're trying to. I do not fall under that category as one of the first things I did on Tuesday morning (prior to opening both eyelids) was to check my phone for the Met Gala pictures. My main focus...the gowns. 

 This years's theme was aptly named 'Fashion and the Catholic Imagination' and designers showcased their finest work among decadent gold jewellery, crosses and crucifixes and over-the-top headpieces. This year Versace captured my attention more than anyone other designers and these are the reasons why...

    This year the Met Gala red carpet was a sight to behold. But of all the ones you posted I feel Chadwick Boseman won as his outfit was in keeping with the theme. Did you see Rihanna's?

      I loved his outfit, so suited to the theme and he pulls anything off! Rihanna's was an absolute showstopper as always x

    I totally agree with Versace's looks being stunning - my favourite is Blake Lively's incredible dress! She ways seems to be able to win the Met Gala for me!
